4. Ordering and Payment Terms

We provide advance notice of subscription charges and delivery schedules. Subscription payments are recurring until cancelled by the customer.
7. Special Occasions and Seasonal Demand
During peak periods like Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, delivery timeframes may be extended due to high demand. We recommend placing orders well in advance for these occasions and note that special surcharges may apply during peak periods.
Seasonal availability affects flower selection, and we may substitute with similar premium blooms to ensure quality and freshness during high-demand periods.
8. Quality Assurance and Freshness
We work with local florists who guarantee the freshness and quality of their arrangements. Flowers are delivered at an appropriate stage of bloom to ensure longevity. Care instructions are provided with each delivery to help extend vase life.
While we ensure high standards, natural variations in flowers may occur, and vase life depends on proper care and environmental conditions after delivery.
9. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders may be cancelled or modified up to 4 hours before the scheduled delivery time for a full refund. Cancellations within 4 hours of delivery may incur a 25% restocking fee. Once flowers have been dispatched for delivery, refunds are generally not available except in cases of quality issues.
For subscription services, you may cancel future deliveries at any time, though payments for current subscription periods are non-refundable once the delivery cycle has begun.
10. Recipient Availability and Failed Deliveries
If the recipient is unavailable, our drivers will attempt to leave the arrangement in a safe, shaded location and will notify the sender. We cannot be held responsible for flowers left in safe locations if specific instructions were not provided.
Additional delivery attempts may incur extra charges. We recommend providing alternative delivery instructions or ensuring recipient availability for perishable items.
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, bouquet designs, photography, and branding are our intellectual property. This includes specially developed arrangements, seasonal collections, and marketing materials. Customers may not reproduce, distribute, or use our floral designs for commercial purposes.
Bouquet designs created by our local florists are protected and should not be replicated without permission.
12. Liability and Service Limitations
We provide quality flower delivery services through our network of local florists, but cannot guarantee specific vase life or recipient reactions. Flower longevity depends on proper care after delivery, and individual blooms may have natural variations.
Our liability is limited to the order value paid. We are not responsible for allergic reactions or personal preferences regarding floral selections.
13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, we encourage direct communication to resolve issues amicably. If resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled under the laws of England and Wales through the appropriate courts.
